Subject: Ratcat - I Think Were Alone Now

So I hear the dance floor opened late last week, and
that it was pretty dead....

this situation can be fixed. :-)

If they're going to start opening the dance floor at 11 every Thursday,
we should find something else to do before hand. Anyone have idaes?
Pool? Dinner? Prepartying?

I Think Were At Joes

The original Retro 80's,                        [Joes' advertises it that way]
thats what we say when we dance together
and hear what they play some don't understand  [how can anyone not like
retro music?]
and so were dancing just as much as we can,
holding onto beer in each hand
trying to dance away into the night and then
the DJ starts spining tunes though we're the only ones who can be found
and to that I say, I think were at Joes now
but there doesnt seem to be anyone around
I think were at Joes now,
the drinking from our cups is the only sound.

Look at the way we're danceing without thinking  [I always hate bumping
into people]
because the floor is  more open with only a few.  [lees people, more room]
and so were dancing just as much as we can,
holding onto one anothers hands
trying to dance away into the night and then
you put your arms around me as we tumble to the ground
and then you say I think were at Joes now
there doesnt seem to be anyone around
I think were at Joes now,
the beating of our hearts is the only sound.
